Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Branding Hut, we aim to provide exceptional branding and marketing services to every client. We understand that plans can change, so this policy explains when and how you can cancel or reschedule, and whether you are entitled to a refund.
1. Cooling-Off Period for Consumers (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer (not booking on behalf of a business) within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of receiving confirmation without giving any reason.

If you request that we start work within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

If you cancel after work has started but before completion, we may charge you proportionally for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.
2. Cancellations – Business Clients
If you are booking on behalf of a business, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. Cancellations are subject to the terms set out in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund of any payments made.

7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total fee.

Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. You may request to reschedule a booking once, free of charge, if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Any further changes may incur an administrative fee.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:

Services already delivered in full.

Missed appointments or failure to provide required information or approvals.

Work delayed or impacted due to your failure to meet agreed deadlines or provide necessary input.
