These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Services.

By visiting our website, booking or purchasing any Services, or otherwise engaging with The Branding Hut, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.


2. Eligibility

You may use our Services if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.


3. Bookings and Orders

When you purchase a service package or book a consultation with The Branding Hut, you are making an offer to engage our Services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion. Your booking is not confirmed until we have sent written confirmation (by email) and received any required payment or deposit as agreed.

Cooling-off period for consumers:
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of confirmation without giving any reason, unless you have requested that the service begin before the end of this period. If you request that we start work within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel after work has started but before completion, we may charge you for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.

Business clients:
If you are booking on behalf of a business, the cooling-off period does not apply. Cancellations will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [currency, e.g. EUR] and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as stated in your booking confirmation or invoice. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
